If you need any support either
  • send an email with your question to [email protected]
  • using the Intercom widget on the bottom right hand corner of the Tradecloud portal (log in first).
API support is best effort, usually you will receive a response within 2 hours with a maximum of 24 hours on working hours in the CE(S)T timezone.

Online support

Plan an online meeting for intensive API support in English or Dutch.
Do not book in Intercom, but send an invite to [email protected].
We support Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
