Tradecloud API environments available
Tradecloud has two environments available for customers:
Production environment
There is one production environment a.k.a. LIVE environment. The latest features will be made available by the Tradecloud continuous delivery process.
It has an availability Service Level Objective of 95% per month.
Documentation
You can use the endpoints below to integrate with the production environment. Use https://api.tradecloud1.com/v2/api-connector/ to send an order (response).

Planned production maintenance
Maintenance can be planned on working days from 19:00 to 23:00 UTC (20:00 to 00:00 CET and 21:00 to 01:00 CEST during daylight saving time) or in weekends and will be announced at least 1 working day ahead on the Tradecloud status page.

Acceptance test environment
There is one acceptance test environment.
Buyers and suppliers can test new features and develop and test their Tradecloud API integration. The latest features will be made available by the Tradecloud continuous delivery process.
It has an availability Service Level Objective of 90% per month.

The Tradecloud source IP addresses usable for whitelisting in your firewall, are:

Any changes will be announced at least 5 working days ahead on the Tradecloud status page.
If you use white listing you must subscribe to the status updates using the blue button on the top right of the Tradecloud status page.
